EDM: is an acronym for Electronic Direct Marketing and is used widely by Marketers, Advertising Agencies and business to describe commercial email which can be delivered in HTML, Text mobile version.

Ethernet: Refers to the IEEE 802.3 standard used in computer networking technologies for local area networks.
European Telecommunications Standardisation Institute (ETSI): Produces globally applicable standards for Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), including fixed, mobile, radio, converged, broadcast and internet technologies. Officially recognised by the European Commission as a European Standards Organisation.
Evolved High-Speed Packet Access (eHSPA): The 3GPP release 7 specifications including high-speed HSDPA and HSUPA.
